Ingredients

  • 130 g oat cream cheese
  • 75 g almond (s) with skin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
  • 0.5 ½ bunch rosemary
  • 700 g turkey breast or turkey schnitzel
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon clarified butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the almonds and roast them in a pan without oil. For the crust, mix the goat cream cheese with mustard, honey and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Wash the rosemary, shake it dry and add the needles to the cream cheese mixture. Mix in the roasted almonds. Season lightly with pepper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Wash the meat, pat dry and fry in clarified butter until crispy - approx. 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and place in a baking dish along with the resulting juice. Then spread the prepared goat cheese cream on the meat and press down a little. Possibly add a sprig of rosemary to the mold to taste. Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat.
  4. The turkey breast stays nice and juicy thanks to the gravy in the mold and the cheese crust.
