Fry the minced meat. Add the paprika sauce and mix with a little wine or water. Pour 1/4 l water and thicken with the dark sauce powder. Add all the vegetables and heat them up. Finally stir in the crème fraiche. Pour in a little more water if necessary.
In addition, prepare and serve the dumplings (of course you can also make homemade ones, it`s just too much work and too much time for me) according to the instructions on the packet (or leave them cut in the sauce as a pan dish).
Serve with the grated cheese, it will soften the spiciness a little.
Be careful, this dish gets really spicy with the paprika sauce - so take a little less and season it!
Quickly prepared, except for the vegetable chopping - the dumplings can cook while the vegetables are being cut. Also ideal for rewarming.

Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling.
