  • 125 g butter
  • 50 g hazelnuts, round
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped cumin powder

  • Black cumin for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Let the butter soften at room temperature. Chop or press the garlic cloves and add to the butter with all the other ingredients. Mix to an even mass and then chill. Sprinkle with a little black cumin before serving.
  2. Tastes great with baguettes, bread and grilled meat.
