Unsweetened Muffins with Olives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes, a La Finance

French cakes “Finansier” are similar in shape to gold bars. I offer you a variant of snack muffins (muffins) a la finance with olives and sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 50 ml
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Olive oil – 50 ml
  • Pitted olives – 40 g
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – 40 g
  • Flour – 100 g
  • Baking powder for dough – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare products for unsweetened muffins with olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Both dried tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes in oil can be used to make these snack muffins.
  2. Pour milk into a bowl, add eggs.
  3. Add olive oil.
  4. Add ground black pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Cut the pitted olives into rings.
  6. Add the chopped olives to the dough.
  7. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small cubes.
  8. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the bowl to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  9. Mix the flour and baking powder.
  10. Add flour and baking powder to a bowl and knead muffin dough with sun-dried tomatoes and olives.
  11. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream.
  12. Distribute the dough into rectangular tins for the financier. The dough made exactly 6 muffins.
  13. We send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  14. Ready-made unsweetened muffins a la finance, with olives and sun-dried tomatoes, served warm as a snack or for evening tea.
