Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 100 g chocolate, white (chop up)
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- some sugar, (amount for in the pudding)
For the sauce:
- 75 g nouat
- 40 g mascarpone
- 125 ml milk

- Cook a pudding from the milk and the pudding powder with sugar, first dissolving the crushed chocolate in the milk. Continue to work according to the instructions on the package.
- Now fill this mixture into dessert bowls and let cool down a little.
- Dissolve the nougat completely in the 125 ml milk and work in the mascarpone.
- Now pour the resulting sauce onto the pudding and keep in a cool place until serving.
- Decorate and serve.
