Ingredients
- 50 g oatmeal
- 1 pck.pudding powder, your choice, e.g., Vanilla flavor
- 400 ml water
- 150 ml almond milk (almond drink) or alternative milk
- 150 g blueberries, frozen
- 1 banana (s)
- Sweetener for those who like it sweeter
- 50 g quinoa, puffed
- 20 g walnuts
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 10 g flaxseed
- cinnamon
- Flavdrops e.g. cheesecake
- Cashew butter

- Put the oat flakes and the banana in pieces in a bowl.
- Pour the almond milk and the water into the bowl and stir the pudding powder to dissolve well. Then put the milk in the microwave at approx. 700 - 800 W for 5 minutes. Halfway through, stir the pudding again and put it back in the microwave for the rest of the time.
- Now take the pudding out of the microwave (caution: hot!) And stir again until the consistency is right. Add frozen blueberries (or other berries). These thaw out relatively quickly as the pudding is still quite hot.
- Then add other ingredients as desired. In this case, I opted for puffed quinoa because it gives the dish a certain bite. I also opted for walnuts, cocoa powder, flax seeds and cashew butter. Cinnamon and flavdrops to taste.
