  • 100 g quinoa, red
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, vegan
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • Oregano, dried
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 7 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Prepare the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet and pour off any excess water.
  2. Mix with the mustard, spices and onion. Gradually add the flour until the mixture can be shaped easily with wet hands. Shape six burger patties with wet hands.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the patties on both sides over medium heat until they are nice and brown.
