Ingredients
- 2 onion (s), red
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 1 cup rice (00 ml)
- 2 cups water
- a bit salt
- 3 tablespoon ajvar, approx.

- Dice the onions, garlic and tomatoes. Cook the vegetables with the rice, water and a little salt in the microwave. With my 15 minutes of wholefood rice at 800 watts, that takes 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, chop the parsley.
- Then stir in the ajvar and serve sprinkled with the parsley.
