Ingredients

  • 6 small fish fillet (s), possibly frozen
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 leek
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 cup cream
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the fish fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Finely chop the parsley. Mix the vegetables and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Now layer the fish fillets alternately with the vegetables in a casserole dish with a lid (e.g. Ultra Plus). Pour in the cream and broth. Cover the baking dish.
  3. Cook the dish in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. The cooking time depends on the size of the fish fillets.
  4. We also like rice.
