Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 100 g leeks
  • 100 g carrot (s)
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon potato flour
  • thyme
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Make shortcrust pastry base from flour, butter, 1 egg and 1 pinch of salt, spread into a round 28 cm Flexi From on the base, prick gently with a fork and chill for a good 30 minutes.
  2. Clean, wash and cut the vegetables into small pieces. Now mix the milk with the spices and 5 eggs as well as the potato starch well. Spread the vegetables and ham on the dough base, pour the egg mixture on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  3. Bake in the oven at approx. 170 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes.
