  • 7 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 25 g protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Boil the oatmeal in the water until soft. Add the egg white powder and keep stirring until it`s the consistency of rice pudding. Add the sugar to sweeten.
  2. Peel and chop the apple, stir in half and heat the other half in the microwave. Put the rice pudding in a bowl and serve sprinkled with the remaining apple and cinnamon.
