Ingredients

  • 90 g lon rain rice, basmati rice or tender wheat rains
  • 1 apple
  • 200 ml buttermilk with 1% fat
  • 250 ml soy milk (soy drink), light
  • some sweetener, liquid, or stevia

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to the instructions on the packet in water without salt. In the meantime, cut the apple into small pieces.
  2. Mix the buttermilk and soy milk and sweeten with sweetener to taste. When the rice is ready, drain the water and mix the rice with the chopped apple. Pour the butter or soy milk over them
  3. Stir well once and chill. The longer the rice can infuse with the apples and milk, the better it tastes.
  4. Tip: You can also refine the dish with vanilla or cinnamon.
