Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s), (waxy)
- 250 g mayonnaise, (salad)
- 6 egg (s), (hard-boiled)
- 1 bunch parsley, curled

- Boil the potatoes, let them cool, peel and cut into thin slices. Mix with the mayonnaise. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and cover the potato salad with them. Put the parsley in bunches between the egg slices.
- Important: There are NO onions in this potato salad and you should definitely use a good salad mayonnaise.
