Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 8 morels, dried
  • 50 g lass noodles
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 packet rice paper approx. 22 cm in diameter
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the morels in hot water for 20 minutes. Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes and then cut about 5 cm into small pieces with scissors. Chop the carrots and onions and mix with the minced meat, the squeezed and finely chopped morels, the noodles, the egg and the soy sauce in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture on soaked rice paper and then roll it up and seal it. Then fry in oil for about 10 minutes until both sides are brown.
