Ingredients

  • 500 g beef, lean
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, white
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • oil
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch coriander, Vietnamese, fresh

Instructions

  1. In the first step, the fish sauce and the pepper are mixed together. Then there is the flour, this becomes the marinade for the meat.
  2. The beef is cut into very thin strips and added to the marinade. If everything is well mixed, it is marinated for about 30 minutes.
  3. Oil is heated in a wok and the chopped onion and chopped garlic are fried in it. Now the meat is added. This must not turn brown, so it must be stirred constantly. When the meat is just cooked, add the coarsely chopped coriander and the spring onions cut into rings. Mix everything well and let cook for a few more seconds.
