- Wash the potatoes, boil in their skins (20 minutes). Peel and cut into small cubes.
- Wash the carrots, boil in the peel (20 minutes). Peel and also cut into small cubes.
- Wash the beets, boil in the peel (35 minutes). Peel and cut into small cubes.
- Wash the fish, boil in a little water (10 minutes). Remove bones if necessary. Disassemble into small pieces.
- Finely chop the cucumbers.
- Connect all components.
- Mix, salt. Add vegetable oil and mix again. Put the vinaigrette with fish in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
