Vinaigrette with Fish

Vinaigrette with boiled fish is a variant of the popular winter salad.

Ingredients

  • Beets – 300 g
  • Carrots – 150 g
  • Potatoes – 150 g
  • Hake fillet – 100 g
  • Pickled cucumbers – 100 g
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp

How to make a vinaigrette with fish:

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes, boil in their skins (20 minutes). Peel and cut into small cubes.
  2. Wash the carrots, boil in the peel (20 minutes). Peel and also cut into small cubes.
  3. Wash the beets, boil in the peel (35 minutes). Peel and cut into small cubes.
  4. Wash the fish, boil in a little water (10 minutes). Remove bones if necessary. Disassemble into small pieces.
  5. Finely chop the cucumbers.
  6. Connect all components.
  7. Mix, salt. Add vegetable oil and mix again. Put the vinaigrette with fish in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
