Those who make delicious waffles love to combine such a dessert with a delicious filling. Especially if waffles are made in a Soviet waffle iron or wrapped without breaking into separate segments.

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk – 250 grams (boiled)
  • Butter – 150 grams (high quality)

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated foods. Buy condensed milk caramel, or boil a jar of simple condensed milk in a cauldron under a lid for 1-2 hours and cool.
  2. Put high-quality softened butter in a food processor bowl or in a deep container if you use a mixer to prepare cream. Whisk for about 2-3 minutes until soft. Add caramelized condensed milk.
  3. Whisk for about 3-5 minutes, until the butter is completely mixed into the condensed milk.
  4. Put the cream in a bowl or bowl, place in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes – it thickens and becomes dense.
  5. The chilled cream can then be used as a waffle filling
