  • 300 g walnuts
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 300 grams flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 cups sour cream or sour cream
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 200 g butter, melt

Instructions

  1. Prepare yeast dough (ready-made or homemade). Spread on a baking sheet.
  2. Using 150g sugar, 300g flour, 150g butter and the walnuts, which are crumbled into small pieces, prepare streusel and spread on the yeast dough. Bake for about 30 minutes at 175 degrees. In the meantime, use the cream or sour cream to make a glaze with 200g powdered sugar and 200g melted butter. Immediately distribute this topping on the finished cake and only then let everything cool down.
