- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 80 g almond (s), chopped
- 2 teaspoons curry powder, red or yellow
- 125 ml vegetable broth, strong
- 1 cup Cremefine
- salt

- Finely grate the white cabbage, finely dice the onions and garlic.
- Heat the oil and sauté onions and garlic in it, add the chopped almonds and dust with the curry. Roast briefly. Then pour in the cabbage and the broth and cook in a closed pot for 30-45 minutes, depending on how firm it is. Finally stir in the Cremefine and season with salt and curry if necessary.
