Ingredients

  • 300 g natural yourt
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon syrup (white chocolate type)
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 250 ml Cremefine for whipping, reduced fat
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 80 g chocolate, white
  • 700 g strawberries
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 125 g raspberries

Instructions

  1. Wash the fresh berries and cut the strawberries into slices. Beat the cremefine with a mixer and set aside. Mix the natural yoghurt, low-fat quark and mascarpone with sugar, vanilla sugar and white chocolate syrup.
  2. Chop the white chocolate.
  3. Now the Cremefine and half of the chocolate chips are lifted under the cream. Halve the quark cream and puree 300 g strawberries and add the strawberry puree to half of the quark.
  4. In a glass bowl you first spread the light quark on the floor. This is covered with blueberries, raspberries and the strawberry slices. This is followed by a layer of the quark cream with the pureed strawberries, which is also covered with fruit, followed by a layer with the light quark cream. Finally, berries and white chocolate chips are added again.
  5. It also tastes great when it is not pulled through! If you take frozen fruit, it is advisable to let this dessert steep in the refrigerator for a few hours. In this case, I would grate the white chocolate over the dessert just before serving.
