Ingredients
- 750 g suar
- 3 dl wine, red
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 point spice mixture (Wiigueteli spice), 00 g
- 125 g almond (s), round
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 lemon (s) or orange, only grated zest
- 1 teaspoon baking soda or sachet baking powder
- 1 kg flour, (possibly up to .5 flour required)

- The Wiigueteli spice consists of the following ingredients: cloves, cinnamon, sandalwood and sugar.
- Mix all ingredients together except for baking soda and flour.
- Add part of the flour, knead the rest on the table. A firm dough should be created.
- Roll out the dough 8 mm thick and cut out shapes as desired.
- Let dry for at least 12 hours!
- Bake: 12 minutes at 180 ° C.
- Mix a glaze of powdered sugar, wine and 2 drops of oil to a thin glaze. Spread it on the biscuits that are still hot.
