- 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 10 g wild arlic, finely chopped

- Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and set aside. Beat the butter with the egg yolks until foamy, stir in the cheese, breadcrumbs and spices. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg white and the finely chopped wild garlic with the whisk.
- Line a small baking dish with baking paper, add the mixture and spread it as thick as a finger. Place in the oven preheated to 150 ° and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
