Ingredients

  • 400 g meat sausae
  • 360 g pickled cucumber (s) from the jar, drained weiht
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 140 g canned peas, drained weiht
  • 500 g potato (s), mainly waxy
  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Then cook in salted water for about 20 minutes and allow to cool.
  2. Boil the eggs hard and let them cool down too. Then peel and cut into small cubes. Also cut the meat sausage and the cucumber into small cubes. Drain the peas.
  3. Put the potatoes, eggs, sausage, cucumber and peas in a large bowl, mix with the mayonnaise and add a pinch of salt. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  6. Peel the potatoes (raw) and cut into small cubes. Place these in the Varoma.
  7. Pour 800 ml of water into the mixing bowl, place the eggs in the basket, put on the lid and Varoma, and cook for 25 - 30 minutes, Varoma, level 1.
  8. During this time, cut the sausage into small cubes, drain the peas and place in the bowl.
  9. Let the eggs and potatoes cool down completely, cut the eggs into small cubes and add both to the bowl. Mix everything with the mayonnaise and add a pinch of salt. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
