  • 125 g suar
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 2 kg plums or plums

Instructions

  1. Put the softened butter, flour, 100 g sugar, egg and salt in a mixing bowl. Make the milk lukewarm in a saucepan. Dissolve the yeast in it. Pour the yeast-milk mixture into the mixing bowl and work everything into a smooth dough using the dough hook of the hand mixer. Cover the yeast dough and let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
  2. Halve the plums, remove the stones from them and cut each half at one point. Knead the dough well with floured hands and roll out evenly on a greased and floured baking sheet. Let rise again in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
  3. Place the plums close together on the yeast dough with the incisions facing up. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 175 ° C / fan oven: 150 ° C) for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with a little more sugar!
  4. Cut the cake into 24 pieces.
