Ingredients

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 300 g yourt
  • 2 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 stems lemon balm
  • 1 melon (s), (cantaloupe), approx. 400 g
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the sour cream with the yogurt, honey and vanilla sugar until smooth. Divide the cream into 4 bowls.
  2. Wash the lemon balm and shake dry. Halve the melon and remove the stones. Cut 16 balls out of the pulp. Remove the remaining pulp from the skin and purée finely with the hand blender, season the purée with sugar.
  3. Place 4 melon balls alternately with lemon balm leaves on skewers. Spread the melon puree on the sour cream. Serve with the remaining lemon balm and the melon skewers.
