Ingredients

  • 4 sheets gelatin, white
  • 3 orange (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ orange (n) - zest
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 50 g marzipan (raw mixture)
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 150 ml cream
  • some cold water

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in a little cold water for about 15 minutes. Squeeze the oranges and bring the juice to the boil with the orange peel and sugar in a saucepan. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the juice. Next, add the marzipan mixture to the liquid, pour into a tall mixing vessel and beat until frothy with the mixer. Let the mass cool down briefly in a cold water bath. Then add two cups of yoghurt and stir again briefly.
  2. Now put the mixture in the refrigerator until it starts to get thick. In the meantime, whip 150 g of cream until stiff and fold in loosely with a whisk. Now put the cream in the refrigerator until you can eat it.
