Ingredients
- 10 bars chocolate (Yogurette strawberry or Sensation or 50% each)
- 80 g suar
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 1 egg (s)
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml vodka or grain or white rum

- Heat the chocolate with cream, condensed milk and sugar slowly, stirring constantly, but do not boil it and let it melt.
- Remove from heat and stir in the egg with a hand blender for about 3 minutes. Alternatively, use the mixer on the highest setting. Then pour in the schnapps and stir in thoroughly.
- Then pour the mixture through a sieve and allow to cool. Transfer to sterilized bottles. Keeps refrigerated for at least 2 weeks.
