Ingredients

  • 2 cups natural yoghurt, 15 g each
  • 1 handful blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 handful muesli, (amaranth)
  • some cinnamon powder
  • some sugar, or honey / agave syrup
  • 1 handful almonds, or other nuts that you like
  • Chips, (banana chips)

Instructions

  1. Wash three jam or dessert glasses with hot water, dry them and have them ready.
  2. 1st layer
  3. Put a beaker of yogurt and a good handful of blueberries in a bowl and puree with a hand blender. Sweeten a little if necessary. Then distribute over the glasses
  4. 2 layer
  5. This layer is simply a layer of amaranth granola that is spread over the different glasses.
  6. 3 layer
  7. Chop the almonds (or nuts). Season a cup of yogurt with cinnamon and sugar. Add the almonds and stir. Spread over the glasses. If you still feel like it, you can still e.g., garnish with banana chips.
