Yogurt with Fruit Puree

Ingredients

1 kg yogurt (preferably 0% fat)
200 ml dessert sauce (vanilla flavor), finished
4 tablespoon sugar
0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
1 packet fruits your choice (e.g. raspberries, strawberries , frozen)
Mint for garnish
possibly milk

Instructions

Mix the yogurt with 3 tablespoons of sugar, the vanilla sauce and half of the lemon juice. Possibly add some milk if the yoghurt is too firm.
Thaw the fruits and puree with the remaining sugar and lemon. If you want it to be more or less sweet or sour, simply change the amount of sugar / lemon.
Pour the yogurt into glasses and top up with the fruit pulp as the top layer. Chill until serving, but at least 1 hour. Garnish with mint if necessary. Also great for children.
