Ingredients

  • 200 g flour, 405 (preferably `bakin flour`)
  • 160 ml water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

Instructions

  1. Slowly add water to flour and salt and quickly make a dough out of it. Shape into approx. 6 balls. Let rest under a damp kitchen towel for at least 30 minutes. Then roll out 3 mm thin and bake in a coated pan, a crepe iron or the raclette surface for about 1 minute on each side. Then stack them so that the flatbreads stay soft. For filling z. Use e.g. bulgur, sheep`s cheese, salad, gyros or similar.
