  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast, fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 300 ml water
  • 520 g flour, type 550
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 g salt

Instructions

  1. It is essential to preheat the oven with a baking tray or baking stone to 250 degrees.
  2. Mix and knead all ingredients. If necessary, stir fresh yeast with a little water beforehand. Cover the dough and let it rest warm for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and press flat.
  3. The flatbreads puff up a lot and can also be filled after cooling.
