  • 500 g zucchini
  • 2 cans tuna in its own juice
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • Garlic, fresh
  • 150 g cheese, rated, low in fat
  • Tomato paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grate the zucchini, season with salt and leave to stand. Preheat the oven.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onion, peel and press the garlic cloves. Squeeze the zucchini well, pour off the liquid and drain the tuna too. Mix everything with the eggs and knead well, season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the pasty mass on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 °.
  4. After the 10 to 15 minutes, take the pizza base out of the oven and brush with tomato paste or tomato sauce. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. If you want, you can top the pizza with ingredients according to your taste. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  5. Then put the pizza back in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese has a nice golden color.
  6. Serve with a salad.
