Ingredients
- 300 g suar
- 250 g flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 600 g zucchini, rated with skin
- 1 ripe banana (s), mashed with a fork
- 0.5 ½ cup flaxseed, ground (e.g. in a coffee grinder)
- 60 ml olive oil
- Fat (vegetable) for the shape

- First mix all dry ingredients, then add the remaining ingredients and stir well. The result is a very viscous dough. Put the dough in a greased ring cake tin or wreath dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 190 ° C for approx. 55 minutes.
- Tip: You can also use pumpkin instead of zucchini.
