Zucchini with Cheese

One of the simplest, but at the same time, successful ways to cook zucchini is to bake them under cheese in the oven. Just a few simple steps – and delicious zucchini with cheese are ready.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

Young zucchini – 6 pieces
Butter – 100 Grams
Grated cheese – 60 Grams
Salt – To taste

Directions

Cut the courgettes into thin slices. Throw in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
Put lightly boiled zucchini on a baking sheet, brush with oil.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and salt to taste. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Done. Best served warm.
