- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 bunch mint, (the leaves
- Salt, (Fleur de Sel - if available)
- Pepper, coarsely ground black

- Place the zucchini slices in a bowl and mix with the oil. Grill over high heat or fry in a grill pan. Salt, pepper and mix with lemon juice and mint while still warm.
