Ingredients
Garlic – 4 Cloves
Yolk – 2 Pieces
Olive Oil – 300 Milliliters
Lemon – 1 \ 2 Pieces (juice)
Salt, pepper – To taste
Directions
Peel the garlic and grind it in a mortar to the consistency of a homogeneous puree. Mix the garlic puree, juice of half a lemon, yolks, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Beat the sauce with a whisk and gradually add olive oil in a thin stream. The amount of oil depends on whether you want to make the sauce thicker or thinner.
The finished aioli sauce must be chilled before serving (10 minutes in the refrigerator will be sufficient). Done!
