  • 600 g potatoes, floury boilin
  • 3 tablespoon ajvar, heat choice
  • 100 g crème fraîche, casual
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Cook in salted water for about 15-20 minutes (cooking time depends on the size of the cubes). Then partially drain off the cooking water. Puree the potatoes with a masher. Stir in ajvar, crème fraîche and parsley and season again with salt if necessary.
  2. Tastes great as an accompaniment to roast meat, but also on its own.
