Ingredients

  • 70 g butter, soft
  • 70 ml amaretto
  • 2 egg yolks, M.
  • 70 g suar
  • 110 g spelled flour, 630
  • 1 packet sauce powder, vanilla - without boiling 39 g

  • 30 g biscuit (s), crumbled amaretti
  • 1 teaspoon tartar baking powder
  • 30 g chocolate decoration (drops)

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened butter, egg yolks and sugar with the mixer until frothy. Stir in the amaretto liqueur. Then mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sauce powder, crumbled amaretti biscuits and almonds and stir in briefly with the hand mixer. Finally add the chocolate chips.
  2. Place small heaps with a teaspoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press a little flatter with wet hands. Bake at 180 ° C (convection) on the second rack from the bottom for 8 minutes.
