  • 400 g butter
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup jam, (currant or apricot jam)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Divide the butter into pieces, add all the ingredients and quickly knead into a dough, leave to rest in a cool place for approx. 1 hour.
  2. Roll out the dough approx. 3 mm thick, cut out the biscuits, bake at 180 ° top / bottom heat, put together with jam, sprinkle with icing sugar!
