Ingredients

  • 140 g butter, soft
  • 140 g suar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 g almond (s), round
  • 100 g flour
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 100 g raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until frothy. Add the sugar and egg yolk, then gradually add the almonds, the sifted flour and the cinnamon and knead everything into a smooth dough.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Shape the dough into 60 small balls and place on a greased tray or baking paper. Make a recess with your index finger and add jam.
  4. Bake at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
  5. The recipe is enough for approx. 60 cookies.
