Ingredients
- 400 ml milk
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 50 g semolina (common wheat)
- 50 g brittle
- 150 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g mascarpone
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 glass cherry (s), Amarena cherries (370 g)

- Bring the milk to the boil, stir in the sugar and semolina. Take off the stove and let it swell. Stir in the brittle.
- Mix the quark with the mascarpone and vanilla sugar. Drain the amarena cherries, collect the syrup and set aside 4 cherries. Layer the semolina alternately with Amarena cherries and a little syrup as well as the quark mixture in dessert glasses.
- Garnish with a dollop of semolina and an amarena cherry and drizzle with amarena syrup.
- Chill the dessert for about 1 hour before serving.
