Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 carrots, cut into strips
  • 1 leek, cut into strips
  • 1 glass bean sprouts, without liquid
  • 1 large onion (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon oil (peanut oil), or neutral oil
  • salt
  • Spice mixture (Chinese spice, five-spice powder)
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 500 g rice, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots and leek into fine strips. Dice the onions, press the garlic through the garlic press or cut very finely. Boil rice.
  2. Fry the oil with the minced meat in the wok or pan. Add the vegetables, spices, sauces and the water and cook for about 15 minutes on a medium setting.
  3. Finally fold in the rice.
