Ingredients

  • 100 ml oil
  • 125 ml egg liqueur
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 100 g chocolate finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix eggs, sugar, oil, yogurt, vanilla sugar and eggnog in a mixing bowl until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder and baking soda.
  4. Stir the chocolate into the flour mixture.
  5. Briefly stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture and immediately pour into the muffin molds.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  7. Let the muffins cool in the mold for about 5 minutes before removing them from the mold.
