Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon raisins
- 250 g carrot (s)
- 2 apples
- 100 g radishes
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon sesame paste
- 3 tablespoon vinegar, (sherry vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper
- 2 stalks mint, chopped
- 3 stalks parsley, chopped
- 50 g sprouts, (alfalfa sprouts)

- Soak the raisins in warm water. Grate the carrots. Peel and dice the apples. Cut the radishes into thin slices. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat.
- Mix the oil, sesame paste, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper together. Add sesame seeds. Mix with carrots, apples, radishes, herbs and drained raisins. Scatter alfalfa sprouts on top.
