Ingredients
- 10.5 1½ cup oatmeal, whole grain
- 1 large egg (s)
- 0.5 ½ cup raisins
- some water to soak
- 0.5 ½ cup almond (s)
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- cinnamon powder
- possibly sesame or sunflower seeds or flax seeds

- Soak the raisins in a little water for a few minutes. Use a food processor to grind the oatmeal and then the raisins. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces or chop in the food processor.
- Beat the egg with the cream cheese until frothy, add the raisins and mix. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix.
- Use a spoon to place approx. 12 dabs on a baking sheet and bake for approx. 8 minutes at 175 ° C. Depending on your taste, you can also add sesame, sunflower seeds or flax seeds.
- Since there is no sugar, the cookies don`t taste very sweet!
