Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon, heaped sugar
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped flour, e.g. spelled, whole grain, etc.
  • 2 tablespoon milk, e.g. 1.5% fat content
  • 0.5 ½ apples
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in a small cup. Add milk and mix until a slightly runny, smooth dough is formed.
  2. Then wash the apple, remove the stones and cut into small cubes. Add these and stir in.
  3. Now place the cup in the microwave and bake at 1000 watts for 1.5 minutes.
  4. Tip: If you want, you are welcome to exchange some ingredients. Applesauce can also be used instead of milk. However, please do not replace the sugar, otherwise the baking will not work.
  5. Optionally, you can also let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes. This makes it even fluffier.
