Ingredients

  • 200 g mararine or butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 350 g apples, rated
  • 300 grams flour
  • Fat for the shape
  • possibly apples for topping
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Beat butter or margarine, sugar and eggs until frothy. Add the other ingredients and mix everything well again. Put in a greased springform pan or loaf pan. If you like, you can put apple wedges on top.
  2. Bake at 180 ° C (fan oven) for about 1 hour on the middle rack. Let cool and dust with icing sugar.
  3. Tastes really great and is not particularly expensive. Well suited for beginners.
