- 1 apple
- 40 g honey
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 140 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 egg (s)
- 40 ml oil
- 90 ml milk
- 35 g suar, brown
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- For 6 muffins.
- Wash, peel and core the apple and cut into small cubes.
- Put honey, egg, oil, milk and brown sugar in a bowl and whisk together. Mix the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt together and add to the egg mixture, stir in.
- Add the chopped apple to the batter and fold in.
- Put the dough in a muffin tin lined with paper liners and bake in the oven at about 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.
