Ingredients

  • 250 g butter or mararine, soft
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled cinnamon
  • 600 g apples, sour apples (e.. Boskop)
  • 200 g cranberries, fresh

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter or margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon and stir into the fat. Peel the apples, cut into cubes and fold into the batter with the cranberries. Butter a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the prepared dough.
