Ingredients

  • 75 g butter, plus a little more for the bakin pan
  • 75 g suar or xylitol
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar or a little vanilla, ground
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • some cinnamon
  • 4 drops aroma (arra aroma)
  • 280 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 120 ml milk
  • 4 apples, 3 may be enough
  • 120 g cranberries, fresh
  • some almond (s), ground
  • some sugar, brown or xucker bronze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C fan oven. Brush a 28 cm springform pan with butter and sprinkle with ground almonds.
  2. Stir the butter at room temperature until foamy, pour in the sugar and continue stirring. Add vanilla sugar, egg, flavor and spices and stir. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix well with the milk alternately in portions with the butter and egg mixture. Pour the batter into the springform pan.
  3. Peel and core the apples and cut into wedges. Then put these in a ring on the dough and press something into the dough. Wash the cranberries and spread them on the apples.
  4. Bake the cake in the oven for about 50 - 55 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the baking time, spread some brown sugar or Xucker bronze on the cake and let the baking finish.
  5. Simply use twice the amount for a baking sheet (approx. 6 large apples are sufficient here).
  6. Variation: Instead of apples and cranberries, use approx. 2.5 kg plums and sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar after baking.
